Iaido – The Japanese art of drawing the sword
Iaido – the traditional Japanese art of sword drawing – is trained at the Esaka Dojo Berlin.
The style taught in our dojo is called Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu. We train according to the tradition and rules that have been the basis of training in Japan for many generations and in which we are instructed by the Japanese masters, especially the grand master of this style, Esaka Sensei.
We have made it our task to make this martial art known in Europe. In doing so, we strive to maintain the high level we know from training in the Esaka Dojo Tokyo. Respect towards other people and the martial arts is very important to us.
Everyone who wants to try to approach this martial art is welcome. There are no restrictions regarding age and gender.
